Mgr. Jakub Bogár

Jakub draws inspiration for his work from the natural and harmonic movement of the humans seen especially in children during their development. Jakub transfers these principles into his therapy with clients. His goal is to help all to rediscover pain-free movement. For that, he uses a variety of techniques such as mobilization techniques, soft tissue therapy, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS according to Kolář) to correct muscle imbalances, relieve pain, and restore natural movement patterns.

With experience from various healthcare facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Jakub has developed extensive expertise in physiotherapy. As a former Slovak national field hockey player, he understands the intense physical demands of high-level sports. This firsthand experience deepened his interest in how the human body works, eventually leading him to a career in physiotherapy. Today, he helps clients gain a deeper understanding of their own bodies and teaches them how to actively improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being.
