For a long time now, I have been toying with the idea of ​​how to convey information that can help us, both from unpleasant feelings or pain in our bodies, and from gloomy thoughts and states where we don't know where to turn.

So I decided to take the first step in the form of organizing a two-day "live" course, which will take place on June 18-19, 2022.
 
I realize that various circumstances may not allow us to meet in person, but don't despair. I am preparing other dates, and most importantly, other ways to make this information available to anyone who is interested.
