Massages as a supplement to care

At Spinezio, we provide relaxing massages that bring relief to a tired body and peace to an overworked mind. We focus on releasing tension, promoting regeneration and returning the body to its natural balance. Each massage is tailored to the individual – their body, rhythm and current state.

How is the massage performed?

At the beginning, you will have a short consultation, thanks to which we will adapt the massage to the current needs of your body. The massage takes place in a calm environment, using natural oils and aromatherapy essences.

Relief with a gentle touch

They can be used as a stand-alone service or as a supplement to individual physiotherapy, where they, together with other therapeutic methods, help optimize your motor function and improve your overall health.

We tailor each massage to the individual needs of the client to be as effective as possible and bring maximum relief and effect. Our experienced therapist will help you relax not only your body but also your mind, allowing you to face everyday challenges with more energy and well-being.

What types of massages do we offer?

At SPINEZIO we provide relaxation massages that are aimed at relaxing tired and overworked muscles and overall mental relaxation.

It is advisable to avoid heavy meals and alcohol before the massage. Massage is not suitable in case of acute health problems (fever, antibiotics, etc.) or current post-operative conditions.

After a massage, it is recommended to set a regimen that allows the body to fully regenerate and ensure a sufficient supply of fluids.

RELAXING (60/90 minutes)

Relaxation massage is gentle and relaxing, ideal for those who want to slow down for a moment, relieve tense muscles and recharge their batteries.
It is based on classical massage and combines elements of Ayurvedic, reflexology, biodynamic or soft techniques as needed.
It focuses on the areas that are most stressed - most often the back, neck, shoulders, but also the legs or feet.

  • The 60-minute option is suitable for a partial massage (e.g. back, neck, legs).
  • The 90-minute option offers deeper full-body regeneration - ideal for demanding or stressful periods.

Head massage

60 minutes

This massage focuses on the head, face, jaw, neck, nape and trapezius muscles. It is very effective for stress, mental tension, migraines or tension in the jaw area. It brings deep relaxation, improves the perception of one's own body and often brings emotional relief.

Tailor-made massage / Combined massage

60 – 80 minutes

Every person is different - that's why we offer the option of an individually tailored massage that combines various techniques according to your needs.
It may include a back, neck, leg massage, reflexology of the feet, or elements of gentle biodynamic body or breath work.

A customized massage is ideal for:

  • clients with specific congested areas
  • a combination of deeper release and relaxation
  • support during difficult times (physical and emotional)

Together we will agree at the beginning what your body needs right now.

Pregnancy massage

Max. 60 minutes

Massage for women during pregnancy (from the 2nd trimester), which gently relaxes overworked backs, joints and psychological tension.
It takes place in comfortable positions on the side, sitting or lying on the back, with individually adjusted padding.

We use warmed almond or organic coconut oil, or suitable essential oils intended for pregnant women.

Massage can:

  • relieve back and pelvic pain
  • promote lymphatic circulation and reduce swelling
  • relieve tension and bring peace to both mother and baby

Massage is not suitable in the first trimester of pregnancy or during high-risk pregnancies.

Recommendations before and after massage

The overall effect is also influenced by how you prepare for it and what follows it.

Before massage:

  • Do not overeat. A light meal 1.5-2 hours before the massage will support your comfort and the effect of the massage
  • Hydrate your body. Drinking water helps the body respond better to changes and promotes flushing
  • Tell us about your health condition. Pregnancy, chronic conditions, injuries, psychological stress – every piece of information helps to tailor the massage to suit you.
  • Came calmly. Arrive a little early. The first few minutes are dedicated to getting you ready, which helps your body and mind open up to deeper relaxation.

After the massage:

  • Take your time. Let the experience fade away, get dressed calmly, don’t rush.
  • Drink water or herbal tea. Massage activates the lymph and detoxification processes – fluids will support them.
  • Avoid physical and psychological stress. Sports, noise or stress are not recommended. If you can, take the rest of the day off.

Massage is not suitable for people with fever, infectious diseases, acute inflammations or in the first trimester of pregnancy.

If you are not sure whether a massage is suitable for you, we will be happy to discuss everything in person.
