We have prepared a course for you: Human Body and Life. It will take place on April 22, 2023 at SPINEZIO Physiotherapy (Prague).
 
The harmonious functioning of our physical body is fundamentally “tuned” or “distuned” by thoughts, which through their energy trigger various chemical processes in the body, influence muscle tension or breathing patterns. From experience, we see that if we start to navigate our lives better, we have a greater chance of finding joy, satisfaction, peace and living without
pain in health. 
 
The course is focused on providing information that will help us navigate our thoughts, our present times, and, last but not least, our bodies.
