Adults physiotherapy

Spinezio Prague 8 - Karlín

We care for people of all ages

Physiotherapy for adults focuses on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system, both in the acute and chronic stages. We help people with back pain, joint pain, muscle pain and limited mobility, whether caused by overload, stress, injury, surgery or long-term sedentary work.

Each client receives an individual, tailor-made plan from us, which includes active exercises, manual techniques, education and possibly device therapy. The goal is not only to eliminate pain, but also to improve the quality of life in the long term.

Acute painful conditions of the musculoskeletal system

Sudden back, neck, joint or muscle pain can be very limiting. In acute conditions, we provide fast and targeted therapy aimed at relieving pain, releasing blockages, reducing muscle tension and restoring natural movement. We use manual techniques, gentle mobilizations, soft techniques and individually selected exercises.

Chronic problems

Long-term pain and functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system often develop slowly and inconspicuously. They can be associated with workload, a sedentary lifestyle, stress or repeated unilateral movement. We focus on eliminating the cause of the problem, improving body stability and coordination and educating the client so that he can help himself in the future. The result is a gradual release of tension, better posture and overall improvement in movement patterns.

Care after injuries and surgeries

After injuries or surgical procedures, timely and targeted rehabilitation is important. We help restore mobility, strength, stability and confidence in movement. We specialize in therapy after joint surgery (e.g. hip, knee, shoulder), spine or sports injuries. Therapy is gradual and respects the healing phase and individual pace of each client.
