Active exercise = pain prevention

In-office physiotherapy is a great first step towards pain-free movement, but we find that many clients need to be more active and put more strain on their bodies for long-term pain relief. 

This service should offer our clients the opportunity to use professional guidance on how to engage their muscles in the right way, and thus be able to act preventively on themselves.




FyzioFit service concept

  • The initial consultation and diagnostics take place on a couch with a physiotherapist. Subsequent training takes place in the fitness center.
  • The "physio" training plan itself will always be compiled individually after mutual agreement between the physiotherapist and the client.
  • You will learn how to properly use exercises with your own body, dumbbells, and other equipment so that you can use this exercise independently and long-term.

  • Strength and stability that last even outside the office.
  • More accurate perception of your own body.
  • Prevention of musculoskeletal problems.

How does the lesson proceed?

  • Short activation and warm up
  • Main part – first basic exercises and modifications according to the client’s needs
  • Final stretching and calming down
  • 50 minutes (10-15 minutes before the start is a good time to warm up the body)
