Physio – yoga with Míša

Group exercise with Míša is focused on relaxing, stretching, and awakening our bodies so that we can experience the workday with a smile and without pain. 
 
In these lessons we will focus on:
 Stretching shortened and strengthening weakened muscle groups
• Warming up and mobilizing our joints
• Relaxed and natural breathing
 
We will mainly use yoga positions in combination with elements of Pilates, the DNS concept or exercises according to L. Mojžíšová. We will learn how to perform exercise positions correctly and with respect to our body, but also, for example, how to position our body correctly when sitting, standing and during normal daily activities in order to avoid overloading and pain in the musculoskeletal system.
 
When: Monday 6:10 PM – 7:10 PM and Thursday 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
