Physioyoga with Míša is a gentle, conscious exercise focused on relaxing, stretching and activating the whole body. The aim of the lessons is to help you start (or end) your day with ease, without pain and with a smile.
The exercise is based on the principles of yoga and is enriched with elements of pilates, the DNS concept, or exercises according to L. Mojžíšová.The key is the correct technique of performing the movement, which respects the individual possibilities of each of us.
