PhDr. Petr Zahradník, Ph.D.

"The greatest teachers of us adults are children, and especially little babies, who are the embodiment of perfection and innocence. And they show us in all their purity how essential communication through energies is."

Petr bases his approach on the principles of how the human body works and the influence of energies on the body, originating mainly from our mind. Petr has worked both in facilities with a psychosomatic focus and with colleagues who have learned from the best.

During his postgraduate studies, under the guidance of Prof. Kolář, he focused on the functional relationships between the spine and the hip joint. He participates in the teaching of physicians and physiotherapists at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and leads seminars focused on understanding the origin of tension and pain and, most importantly, how we can help ourselves with our bodies and thoughts.
