Michaela specializes primarily in women's health within the Spinezio team. She focuses on patients with painful menstruation, painful intercourse, musculoskeletal pain during pregnancy and after childbirth, and patients who have difficulty conceiving. She gained experience in hospitals and outpatient facilities during her studies, which gave her valuable experience and a good foundation for practice. A key moment in her professional direction was the course on the Ludmila Mojžíšová method, which led her to a deeper interest in women's health. She continues to actively educate herself in this field in order to be able to offer her patients the highest quality care.
In her therapy, she focuses on comprehensive care for women, not just physically. She believes that psychological well-being also plays a big role, especially when it comes to very sensitive topics such as infertility. That is why honest, open and empathetic communication with her patients is essential.
Within the framework of gynecological physiotherapy, Míša works with a number of manual techniques such as soft techniques, mobilization, manipulation techniques or cupping. And she also uses various specific examinations such as pelvic floor treatment per rectum (through the anus) or per vaginam (vaginal examination). She also uses diagnostic sonography for a more accurate examination of the pelvic floor or diastasis.
She also enjoys using elements of yoga, which is her favorite hobby, in therapy. She works with elements of developmental kinesiology, strength training, and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, and together with her colleague Mgr. Lucie Adamová, she organizes courses for women focused on body care during pregnancy and after childbirth.
