Mgr. Lucie Adamová

Lucka's journey to physiotherapy and body care began at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, where she earned a master's degree. Even though she has been in outpatient practice for over 7 years, she is very aware of the importance of actively continuing her education in order to offer her clients the most modern approaches to musculoskeletal care.

As part of the SPINEZIO physiotherapy team, she focuses on the care of acute musculoskeletal pain in athletes and the general population, and in recent years, she has also worked with pregnant women and mothers after childbirth. Here, she most often helps women with diastasis or pelvic floor problems, which results in a return to favorite sports activities and, above all, a life without pain.

Together with her colleague Míša Horká, she co-organizes courses for women focused on body care during pregnancy and after childbirth.

In therapy, he combines multiple approaches, most often using visceral and fascial manipulations, the Ludmila Mojžíšová method, and elements of strength training.

• Visceral manipulation helps with, for example, esophageal reflux, bloating, constipation, or nonspecific abdominal pain.
• Fascial manipulation is effective for acute pain, after injuries, herniated intervertebral discs or enthesopathies.
• Ludmila Mojžíšová's method focuses on pelvic floor therapy, rib mobilization, and pain in the lower back and pelvic area.

"I see movement as an indispensable part of every day and believe that satisfaction in one's own body is the basis of a quality life. I guide my clients not only to feel better physically, but also to better understand their body and the emotions that are reflected in it."
