Mgr. Jakub Bogar

Jakub's work is inspired by the natural development of the human body, which we can observe in children and infants. It is here that the harmony of movement and posture can be seen. Jakub helps clients rediscover pain-free movement. He uses mobilization, soft techniques and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS according to Kolář) to eliminate muscle imbalances, relieve pain and restore natural movement patterns.

He has experience from working in various medical facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As a representative of Slovakia in field hockey, he understood how great the demands of the human body can withstand in top athletes. Jakub guides clients to understand their own body in movement and shows them how they can support their own vitality and harmony.
